I can’t make or receive calls on my phone . I am paid up member . I did an update in my I phone 3 days ago , please help . Michael

Was it all working before?

Did it stop after the iOS update?

Perhaps the update means that the phone needs to be activated again which requires cash credit on your account to pay for one (or more?) UK SMS messages that get sent automatically as part of the activation process?

What exactly is not working?

Calls, texts, data?

No network connection at all?

Was it working before?

If so did anything change to cause it to stop working?

E.g. software update, settings changes etc.?

If you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

If not what networks do you see?

Are there any error messages?

Is the phone unlocked for use on any network?
