You should order a replacement SIM and choose the "block service" option so nobody else can use your phone the 48 SIM that it contains:

HI. I lost my phone and need confirmation that my sim card is suspended and my phone is blacklisted. IMEI 355928819276786

 You'll have to contact 48 support about the blacklisting issue.

They don't tend to monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.
