Phone has no data and cannot make calls

Hi, I have just credit in the phone but I cannot make calls and have no data still.

When were you last able to use services ok?

What exactly do you mean by "credit"?

Monthly membership plan, add-ons, cash credit? 

What happens when you try to make a call? 

Any error messages? 

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?
