I have a direct debit unlimited phone plan with 48. This comes out of my account monthly. I changed my bank details over the last month. My phone bill didn’t renew this month because I didn’t update my bank details. I tried to add a card to my account which didn’t work and I also tried to buy a new plan because the previous one automatically cancelled. Any time I try to buy a new plan it says error or contact an agent. Does anyone have any insight on this? Alternatively does anyone have a number to ring 48 or an agent ?

Several people have reported something similar over the past months but there's never been a general explanation or fix posted.
You need to do what the error message says - contact 48 support for assistance.
