Long delays receiving OTP on 48

I think worst connection of 48. Whenever I try to get OTP. It always take more then 30 mints. i ma gonna change. is there any solution or should I look for port in different company.

I presume that OTP means One Time Password?

But what (third party?) service(s) are you referring to that send these?

You need to explain your issue in more detail and more clearly.

For what it's worth I use many different services that send two factor authentication security code/password text messages and they always arrive immediately allowing me to login or otherwise interact with the relevant third party services.
