I presume you mean that you cannot make or receive calls?

To/from any mobile and landline number?

Or just specific numbers?

Did outgoing/incoming calls ever work for you?

If so when did they stop working?

Did anything change before this happened? E.g. software update, settings changes etc.?

Can you send/receive texts?

Do you have a network signal/connection?

Do you have an active membership?

Log into your online account or the app to check your current membership status and expiry date.

Do you have any mobile/landline call allowances left?
