I am moving to Australia. I will need to switch to a new mobile service. How do I unlock my phone from 48?

A phone cannot be locked to 48.

Why do you think that your phone is?

48 actually requires a phone that is not locked to any network and is SIM free.

If you just mean how do you leave 48 and use the phone on another network then all you need to do is disable membership auto-renewal (if enabled), delete your registered card details (if applicable) and then use the phone elsewhere.
