Cost of international call to Italy?

What is the fee for making a call to Italy???I found 23.70 per minute in the FAQ. Is it 23 euro per min???

You need an active membership plan and cash credit on your account to pay for international calls.

For Italy the following applies: 

Calls to mobiles and Landlines

23.37c per minute

I.e. €0.2337 per minute. 

Not €23.37 per minute!

Where did you get 23.70 from?
