How can you make international calls instead of more than two euros per minute?

To make international calls on 48 you need an activate membership and cash credit on your account to pay the relevant charges.

I don't understand what you mean by this:

If you can't use something like WhatsApp then there are third party services such as mytello and toolani that may be worth checking out for cheaper international calls.
