Hi,
Can you please help me? I have now received 3 emails telling me my plan will expire but I have renewed my plan. Because I received the email 3 times I have now renewed my plan twice and paid €12.99 twice now. I received another email this morning telling me my plan is out of date soon and needs to be renewed. Can you explain what is going on and if you have received my 2 payments and confirm my plan has been renewed for the month of June please. Thank you.

A few people have reported receiving such messages mistakenly.
If your My48 account Dashboard lists a current membership plan and services (calls, texts, mobile data) are working ok then you can probably just ignore them.
You presumably now also have a spare membership plan stacked on your Buy Plan page that will kick in when your current membership plan eventually expires.
