Cannot use add on EU minutes

I am in Budapest and I'm not able to use the EU minutes I bought. When I try to ring someone I just hear nothing and it eventually just hangs up

Can you try restarting your phone and see if that helps any, Shauna? If not, then can you do a network search on your phone and then connect to the following network that supports our roaming service in Hungary?

 

  • T-Mobile

If you have an active membership on your account as well as the EU roaming add-on's, then your phone should start working again as normal once you do that.
