Can’t use code to move my number

Hi, I requested a code to move my number and the app won’t accept it. I had it resent numerous times and tried it without a - , with spaces, etc. And it is saying it’s an invalid code. How can this be resolved please?

It’s porting: I dropped the 48 number at the start.

Sounds odd - the porting code should be a PIN not a phone number!
