You mean that you got a replacement SIM?

Did you activate it without errors? 

What exactly is/isn't working? 

Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars? 

Incoming calls? 

Incoming/outgoing texts? 

Mobile data? 

When was everything working ok last? 

What changed in the meantime?

Why did you need a replacement SIM?

What happens when you try to make a call?

Any error messages? 

Do you have an active membership plan?
