Can't make calls - says no credit/minutes

Hi guys,
I have the plan and it says i have unlimited calls but when I try to call anyone i get an automated message saying that I dont have any credit or minutes. I am able to receive calls and messages and my data works fine but i just cant make calls through my phone number. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a solution to this?

Are these calls to Irish landline or mobile numbers?

Those (and calls to Northern Ireland landlines dialled with the 048 prefix) are covered by membership plan and add-on call minutes.

Other calls need cash credit on your account to pay for them.

You might need to contact 48 support for assistance.

I’m calling an Irish mobile number and getting this message.

Assuming that you have an active membership plan and haven't used up your call minutes allowance then this should obviously work. 

Do calls to any Irish landline or mobile numbers work for you? 

You'll probably need to contact 48 support about this.
