Hi all,
Is somebody facing this same problem of not been able to make calls to numbers abroad?
I tried to call Italy and Portugal and the voice just said I don't have enough credit. Isn't unlimited international minutes enough?
Thanks if you can help with that.

Membership and add-on minutes only cover calls to Irish landlines/mobiles when in Ireland.
For international calls from Ireland you need cash credit on your account to pay for them.

Hope this helps.

Yes it's a bit confusing/misleading when they say "all calls" here without qualification that this actually means "all Irish calls" and does not include international calls. And the qualification is buried in the small print somewhere. But unfortunately I think that many/most providers do this too.

Running into the same issue and of course this had not been mentioned anywhere before signing up. My entire experience with this provider has been nothing but atrocious and I cannot recommend them to anyone.
I will try and get a refund.

What issue exactly?
If you are having problems making international calls then you probably need to put some cash credit on your account to pay for them as they are not covered my membership plan call allowances.
See here for the charges that apply to international calls:
If you need to contact 48 support about this then see the links in my signature below.
