Hi, I don’t know why but my personal hotspot is unable to be turned on it isn’t a problem on my part but I was just wondering should a personal hotspot be included in my plan. I joined your plan a month ago and it’s great but no hotspot, so just wondering if there’s a way to resolve this. Thank you for your time.

Is it an iPhone by any chance?
If so see the section here titled "A note about personal hotspot setup on iPhones":
But also check the APN settings here as the ones in this link above may be out of date:
If that doesn't help then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for more advice.
