So my 48 eSim arrived in the mail and I've just activated it and got a new phone number. Now I'm trying to add that phone number to my iPhone 15 Pro. I go to Settings | Add eSim and I'm presented with just two options:
1 is no good as I want to use the new phone number, and 2 doesn't seem like much use since 48 didn't give me a QR code for the eSim or any way to generate one.
Has anyone been through this and knows how to fix it? 48.ie has already had three strikes and I'm ready to bail - including this fail, the other two were:

Thanks for the info. I just assume that everyone does eSims so I didn't check. Then again, I don't see anywhere on 48.ie where they make it obvious that they don't do eSims - it'd save them and us a lot of trouble.
