I have a concern, I have topped up my data almost four times but I can't access the internet.

What do you mean by "almost four times"?
Do you mean that you bought three data add-ons?
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your memberhship plan status, allowance balances and expiry date?
What does your Transactions page say about recent payments/purchases?
Do incoming/outgoing calls and texts work OK?
Are you in Ireland or roaming abroad?
Did mobile data work before now?
If not then did you ever configure your APN settings?

Dear Sir,
I have bought airtime but can't access anything on my phone. It shows as if there is no airtime and yet I have top-up

What exactly do you mean by "airtime"?
What exactly did you buy?
What does your Transactions page say about recent payments/purchases?
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, allowance balances and expiry date?
Are you new to 48 or have you successfully been using services previously?
Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?
Do you have a connection to the 48 network?
If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
