Hi , 

 
 I signed up for 12.99 per month plan with the second month free - but I have been charged - 
 
12.99 - 25th March , 3rd April , 25th April , 28th April - ???? 

Can come back to me as to why this is happening?

62. December 2024 - February 2025 - 48 One Month Free Promotion

The following terms and conditions for the one Month Free plan Promotion (the “Promotion”) are in addition to the 48 Terms of service  https://48.ie/legal/terms-and-conditions.

Promotion: Free 1 x €12.99 monthly 48 plan subject to the below eligibility criteria.

Promotion Dates: 17th December 2024 – 28th February 2025 inclusive.

Your right to avail of the Promotion (eligibility) is exclusively subject to you meeting each of the following:

       i) Ordering and activating a 48 SIM on a new account during the Promotion Dates, and

       ii) Join 48 as a new customer by buying a €12.99 plan before 31st March 2025.

What exactly does your Transactions page kids in terms of payments/purchases?

Do you mean that you can see membership plan purchases (auto-renewals?) as follows:

  1. €12.99 - 25th March
  2. €12.99 - 3rd April
  3. €12.99 - 25th April
  4. ??? - 28th April? 

Are you sure that #2 isn't the one-time activation fee of €12.99 charged when you buy your first membership plan?

What exactly happened on 28th April?

Hi Thanks you for the answer - there was a 2nd take in April - do you have a contact number for them?
