Loss of connection following loss of "mobile networks" links

Following receipt of an email from you about updating APN links and my attempt to do so I have lost access to the 48 network.  I no longer have a "mobile networks" link in my "connections" settings and have no idea what has happened.  I urgently need to get my phone connected to 48 again.

What exactly do you mean by this: 

  • I no longer have a "mobile networks" link in my "connections" settings

What make and model of phone is it?

What happens if you do a manual search for networks? 

Can you see and connect to 48?

If not then if you configure your APN settings correctly does that help? 

If not then you'll probably have to contact 48 support for further assistance.
