Issues with receiving calls

Hi,
I’ve been told by some friends and family that when they try to ring me off the ordinary phone line they get a message saying “calls to this number are not allowed” I’ve a active plan and I can make calls no problem. Does anyone know why this might be happening and how I can fix it?

Where this happens can the caller ever get through to you or does it always fail every time?

Can you make calls to the people who are affected by this issue? 

If the issue is only with incoming calls then it may be a problem at the caller's end with their network?

Are your sure that you haven't blocked the affected numbers on your phone?

I can call them, it happens a lot and recently all the time. They seem to be able to call everyone else it’s just when they try to call me this message happens. And I defo don’t have them blocked

You should probably contact 48 support and the affected callers should contact their network's support.
