Got email my plan expired
My payment failed
I'm on auto pay do why this happen
I've tried to renew it'd not letting me proceed ....

Are your registered card details still valid?
Was the card updated/reissued perhaps?
Maybe it was a sporadic failure and you just need to buy a membership plan manually for this month before auto-renewal takes over again next time around?
What happens when you try to manually buy a membership plan?
Any error messages?

mate its very clear theres issues going on. Would be helpful if they actually addressed the problems instead of just letting it build up like this
