All you can eat data but saying I've used all my data

Hi. My 48 phone isn't working,it's saying my data is used up but I have unlimited data. The €12.99 was taken from my account yesterday can you please help?

There's a fair usage policy limit of 200GB.

All Data* plan is subject to a 200GB *Fair Usage.

All mobile providers that offer "unlimited" services impose some fair usage policy limits.

If you've used up the 200GB then you'll need to buy a data add-on or use Flexi Data to get more data in order to continue using mobile data for the rest of the membership plan month.

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status, allowance balances and expiry date?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming memberships?
