48 SIMs are no longer sold in shops.
Where and when did you get this one?
Sounds like you need a replacement SIM rather than a new SIM if you want to continue using your 48 phone number, account, login, membership etc.?
If you want to try using a new SIM as a replacement SIM then you'll have to contact 48 support before doing anything to see if they can help with using the new SIM as a replacement.
