What does your online account say about your current membership status, expiry date and allowance balances?
Is there a "next" membership and start date listed?
Remember that (cash) credit is not the same as membership.
Remember also that if you use up your current membership allowances then you need to buy add-ons to tide you over to the end of the membership month.
Buying a new membership will not help immediately as it will just stack to kick in when the current membership has run its full monthly course and expires.
Perhaps you have used up your calls allowances but not your text allowances and so need to buy a mobile or landline calls add-on?
