uplift my restriction ban

Hi I got told to contact you on the 7th of november to ask you to uplift my restriction because when I make a call or text message it says call barred so can you uplift my ban please because my membership is finished so I want to top up my membership so where I can make calls and text messages again but please uplift my ban its very important get back to me fast please thanks (but who do I contact because I sent loads of messages to the agents and there not getting back)

If your current membership expires on the 7th of the month then that means 23:59 tonight - not yet.

 

Logging a support request should be the way to get the ban lifted

 

How to get help

 

If you did this and they are not getting back then any chance it was your second such ban in which case you are banned for good?
