Hi
I’ve stopped receiving sms’s that allow me to log on using two factor authentication for certain providers I use. Can you please advise?

Were you receiving them ok previously on 48?

Can you send/receive other texts?

You'll probably need to contact 48 support about this. 

But I suspect that they'll just tell you that you need to contact the relevant service provider that's sending the 2FA text messages and they'll probably tell you that you need to contact 48 support!
