HI there! I m going to buy a 2hand i phone ,prevoius meteor network. The seller said its restored and ready for a new sim. It should be ok with a 48 sim, right?

Ask the seller if the phone is unlocked for use on any network.

If not it will need to be unlocked.

If it's locked to Meteor then it won't work on 48 without unlocking.

Most phones can be unlocked officially by the original carrier (if it's out of contract or a certain amount of pay as you go credit was bought), online or in a phone shop. Where a charge applies prices can vary widely so shop around.
