i bought credit 4 days ago and it say it has a tech fault when i try to top up .has anyone have the same problem . ive contacted the 48 team and im still awaiting a response .the the service is crap with this provider they have no phone number to contact ..

You topped up 4 days ago - did that go through OK and get added to your credit balance?
What is your current credit balance? Dial *100# to get it.
When you say "top up" do you mean "buy membership"?
How exactly are you doing this and what error do you get?
All support with 48 is online.
