i have just topped up by 20 and when I text DON it says I don't have enough balance to buy it although I can see online that the purchase has gone through...HELP!
Hi @achillite this sounds strange - would be something that the 48 agents can check out from your account. Have you contacted them and has the issue been solved for you yet? If not you can raise a case with them here.
