Hi @sueglackin , in order to get your membership, topping up your credit balance is not enough. After you have topped up, you can convert your topup to the membership you need.
In case you already did that and it's still not working, it could be that your previous membership has not expired yet. You can check the expiry date here. The new membership is stacked and will kick in when the previous one ends. There are also add-ons you can buy if you have ran out of minutes and texts.
