What do you mean you cannot access your topup?

What is your credit balance? Dial *100# to check.

You can also check other stuff in a similar way:

If your credit balance has been topped up but you need to buy membership or add-ons then you can do this by text:

Seems odd that you cannot remember your email address but if you can't then you need to contact 48 support. I presume that you have an(other?) email address that you can use to contact them here?
