Your query is not that clear.
Are you new to 48 or did calls and texts work before?
What does your online account say about your membership type/status, expiry date and mobile/landline calls, text, data and cash credit balances?
If you had a previous membership then when did it expire?
Did you top up your credit balance but forgot to purchase membership?
