top up and support site error

i topped up by 20 into my account by card.. Money came out of my card but nothing shown in history about any top up.. And when i try to contact an agent it gives me an error and it says that i cant log into the support site..?

Try this link - it should allow you to log a support request asking 48 for help with this even if you cannot log into your online account:

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.

it asks to verify email.. but not recieving any verification links.. is there any admin that can contact me here instead?

 

I think that you will have to log a support query to get 48 to look into this for you so.
