My member ship was up and I put in 10 Euros, now its showing 10 euros credit but no membership!! How do I move the credit to the pay for the membership - I'm obviously being dumb here...

You have to buy membership once you have topped up.

You can do it online or by text.

 

Everything about membership

How do I top up? Overview of the top-up payment op..

Sorry, don't understand. Do I need to topup 10 euro and as well as that add 10 membership? I e 20 a month? Sorry I know I'm being slow....just don't get it...

Have it. You buy it and then it asks to use balance...not obvious...but done it...thanks.
