Someone with my password has gone into my account and deactivated my sim and ordered a new sim for me, i sent a message to agent earlier but no answer yet and now they have finished and I have no phone, any ideas? do i need to sort with agent or can i reverse the deactivation myself through my account?

If you can still log into your account then you should at least log in and change your password to something more secure and check that all of your registered details are still correct.
You will probably need to get everything else sorted by dealing with a support agent tomorrow.
I'm not aware of anything more that you can do in the circumstances.
