my sister had lost my sim and i orders a replacement one after i ordered it it said that my account has been de-actiated. i went register my new sim and when i put in it said "Your account has been de-activated. Please register a new SIM if you wish to re-activate your account". and now it won't let me order anoothe replacement sim

I suspect the first link since you say that your account was deactivated?

 

If you got a replacement rather than a new SIM then DON'T try to register it here:

 

http://48months.ie/register-sim

 

Instead log into your account and see what it says.

 

You may need to log a support query to get 48 to help you with this:

 

http://help.48months.ie/requests/new
