Hi , I have been a 48 customer for awhile now and recently I bought a new phone. I bought a samsung galaxy s3 and it required a micro sim. I ordered my micro sim on the 19th and it only came in the post today, when i tried to register the new sim to my account with my existing number it said I had to deactive my old sim, I did that but yet when I entered the code for my new sim it said I still have an active sim registered. I really don't know what's going on, I can't use my new phone and now my old number is blocked. I really can't afford to go a number of days with no number at all for work reasons.
Can someone get back to me asap, I would really appreciate it.
Thanks,
Rosie

Hi when I go to click on your link it just says
"An invalid set of parameters has been specified in the url."

Getting seriously pissed off this problem is still not solved. This is a very simple job that has been turned into a complicated mess.
Ridiculous!!!!!

Regarding the original issue this new FAQ may be of interest as it explains the difference between ordering a replacement SIM (which will immediately deactivate your existing one) and ordering a new SIM and then getting your details transferred over by 48 support:

Hope this helps.
