im trying to port my number, the problem is its from one 48 sim to another, im having this problem 3 days now, when i click move my number, when i tipe in my number and click on security code the msg im getting says ''ooops this number already exists, i ported my number over from meteor and the sim card i ported it over too i was having problems with so i registered with a diferent sim and it wont let me port me number, im going crazy as i have no fone for 3 days now

I don't think that you can port a 48 number to another 48 SIM in this way. Sounds like what you originally needed was to order a replacement SIM which would give you a new SIM registered on your existing account.

This is often done if the current SIM is causing problems or you need to switch between SIM form factors (mini, micro, nano).
However if you now have a spare new SIM then you can probably get your existing number/account/membership etc. ported over if you just log a support request and ask 48 to do this manually.

You'll probably have to provide details of your existing account/number etc. and the ICCIDs of the relevant SIMs (usually 19 digits + 1 letter code printed on the SIM itself).
