pin locked.

Phone is unlocked.but when I turn it on or
Restart it error message comes up sim locked.i then put in sim pin and it works fine.any ideas .

Sounds like it's simply a case of SIM PIN locking being enabled rather than anything to do with the phone being locked to a particular network?

You seem to be using an Android phone?

If so then SIM PIN locking is normally controlled under something like System settings > Security > Set up SIM card lock  etc.
