no signel

Hey , my phone restarted yesterday and since then I have no signel its registered on 48 but it keeps coming up sign I to 48 and when I press it its says connecting but it won't connect , I can't text anybody or make calls unless I'm on WiFi and now I can't text or ring anybody even if I'm on wifi

Meant it updated yesterday

You mean the phone software updated?
Is it an iPhone by any chance?
If so it may need reactivation on the network.

Whether or not it's an iPhone make sure that data roaming is still enabled otherwise you won't get any signal.
