new to 48 .number moved yet cannot make or recieve calls/

joined 48 last night number is moved as my old 02 doesnt work .paid memebership and still cannot recieve or make phone calls or texts????

What does your online account say about your membership status, expiry date and calls/texts/data/cash credit balances?

 

Are you getting any signal?

Have you connected to the 48 network or O2 if you do not see 48 listed as a separate network?

 

You might need to log a support request to get 48 to help you with this:
