my phone says call barred HELP!!!!

hi i dont know whats the problem but it doesnt let me call other people and my membership is paid. please do something about it . thanks

What does your online account say about your membership status, expiry date and calls/texts/data/credit balances?

Did calls work before?

Can you receive calls?

Any chance you breached the fair usage limits and got barred for the remainder of your current monthly membership?

It says membership paid, expiry date 07/06, credit blnce 0.01e,
Calls worked before,

I didnt know about that fair usage but i dont think i passed that limit

You probably need to log a support request to ask 48 about this and if you have been barred for breaching the fair usage limits which are described in the terms & conditions to which you agree when signing up with 48:

If you are barred then you will have to wait until your current membership expires on 7th June before you can make calls/send texts etc. again (once you have bought another membership for 8th June - 7th July). Bear in mind that if you breach the fair usage limits a second time then you are barred for good from the 48 network.

 

However given that you can receive calls maybe you are not barred and the problem is something else. I'm not sure if when you are barred you are barred from making AND receiving calls...
