Was it working before?
Do you need a replacement?
Or is it new?
Did you register it?
Does anything work - e.g. receiving calls/texts even if you cannot make/send them?
Can you log into your online account?
If so what does it say about membership etc.?
Is your phone unlocked?
If necessary contact 48 support for assistance.
