multimedia messages setting for nokia asha 201

hi could you please put up settings for nokia asha 201, making phone calls is grand but cant send or recieve mms, please help...

And remember that you need 30c per MMS/picture message as thet are not included in the membership bundle so you may have to top up your credit balance to cover the cost of sending these messages.
