Moved number, both sim and account now broken!

i joined 48 today, registered my sim and tried t move my number.... its been 3hours now.. and im recieving signal on my 48 sim and my old three sim but neither work.. and my 48 sim has no number on it.. when i log into my 48 account it says im deactivated and need a new sim to register and reactivate my account...

 

long story short.. both my three and 48 sims are broken.. my account is deactivated.. i'v send a ticked over 20mins ago and it hasn't gone past "processing" yet... i mailed on facebook but the guy isnt helping me..

 

so now im here to see if the community can offer me some help and possibly a shoulder to cry upon..

Don't think anybody here is going to help as this is something that needs 48 support on the case. Presumably they will deal with it if you have logged a support request. Note the estimated times for feedback on requests.

I'm having similar problem after replacing and registering a new sim

If you request a new SIM card while your logged on .Our SIM will deactivate. After I get a new card ? What do I do to activate my account TY

Any use?
