Hello,
I have paid membership, (The Don) I can receive texts but for some reason I cannot send texts. Is there a problem with the network? I would really like your help.

Can you make and receive calls?

Did sending texts ever work for you?

What does your online account say about your membership status and expiry date?

If you can receive but not send texts then presumably your SMSC is OK:
