losing service

i keep losing service on my phone, both internet and phone signal.

i have been with ye less than two weeks and in this time this has happened 3 or 4 times

the phone displays that symbol that you get when you have no sim in.

this can last anything from a few mins to an hr or so.

im on the don deal so i have plenty of minutes and internet.

 

any ideas?

Maybe turn the phone off, reseat the SIM in case it's a bit dislodged, turn on again and see if that helps.

If not can you try your SIM in another unlocked phone for a bit?

If you can and it works fine then the issue is with your phone.

If it doesn't work in the other phone then you may need a replacement SIM.
