It doesn't have the acer z3 so what settings I use?

Sorry but which Samsung model do I use?

Not sure what you mean.

Follow the steps in the post that I linked to.

For each step if your particular handset is listed then use that.

If not the skip to the next step.

As far as I can see if you are using an Acer Z3 then the online configurator will not work as the device is not listed.

In that case try the Tweakker APN app from the Play Store. If that doesn't work then try the generic settings applied manually:

(Remember to enable data roaming and maybe reboot after making changes).

 

If that doesn't work then contact support.
