internet very slow over the last week, trouble shooting not working and my room mate has the same issue

Did anything change?

Are your internet/APN settings correct?

I've seen cases of data access working but really slowly when these settings were misconfigured.

If necessary reconfigure them using the online configurator or (if on Android) the Tweakker APN app:
